Battle at The Beach registration is closed. 



The three Battle at The Beach 2016 WODs will be:


4:00 --- 50x Deadlifts (225/155) then max meter row

3:00 --- 150x D.U. then max 1-arm KB snatches from floor (53/35)

2:00 --- Max handstand push-ups

--this may be split up among teammates however you choose (P1 works P2 rest)--


7:00 to establish heaviest total:

Men: Power snatch + squat snatch + overhead complex

Women: Power clean + front squat + push/split jerk complex

--one player allowed to attempt at a time, hands never leave the bar--


Task metcon: "Protect your neck"

[game however you choose; one player works, the other rests]

Complete for time:

400m run (one player)

10x KB Headcutters 53/35

20x Burpee box jumps 24/20" (same box)

30x Thrusters 135/95 *from floor

40x Lateral barbell burpees (men's bar)

30x Wall balls 20/14 (both 10ft)

20x Box jump overs 24/20" (same box)

10x KB Headcutters 53/35
